After working for Lend Lease Communications where Lee trained in Word on the Macintosh, Lee joined WordPerfect Pacific and specialised in WordPerfect on PC's, VMS, UNIX and the Macintosh and has accomplished 10 years of WordPerfect Support and now has included 7 years of training experience.
Lee has been training courses since July, 1993 and conducts courses in Corel WordPerfect, Presentations, Quattro Pro, Novell's GroupWise, Microsoft's Word, PowerPoint and Excel along with Windows and the Internet. She has also developed training material for corporate in-house training.
Lee currently holds the WordPerfect for Windows Certified Professional Credential (CPC) and is in the process of obtaining Microsoft's equivalent certification.

Ken arrived from Los Angeles in November 2000 to marry Lee and make Australia his home.
He specialises in Microsoft Windows network design, architecture and implementation and will professionally install, repair or upgrade any Microsoft operating systems including; Windows 95, Windows 98, 4.0 workstation, 4.0 Server, 2000 Professional, 2000 Server, 2000 Advanced Server, 2000 Data Centre Server, XP Professional, XP Home and .Net Server.
Ken also specialises in hardware installations and upgrades for laptop, personal computers or server class model computers and knows how to discuss your needs in layman terms.
